I’m Wayne, a strength coach and the trainer who took the long road from a 156 lb distance runner to a 220 lb lifter. Along the way, I learned that real fitness isn’t about gimmicks it’s about building a sustainable system that fits into real life. With a background in Political Science, Finance, and Exercise Science (plus years of grinding under the bar), I mix academic knowledge with real-world results.
My coaching specializes in strength training, hypertrophy programming, and sustainable conditioning methods like Zone 2 cardio. Whether you want to add muscle, cut fat, or just feel stronger in everyday life, my approach is built to be practical and results-driven.
What makes me different? I’ve been on both sides—I know what it’s like to struggle with consistency, energy, and confidence. Now, I help busy students, professionals, and everyday people find that balance while still pushing their limits.
